We aim to ship all in-stock products within 24 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received before 12.00 am will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Who do I contact if my order has not arrived in the normal timeframe or if there is a problem with my order?

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us by email with your consignment number and order details at info@vicuna-london.com

Please let us know of any problems as soon as your parcel arrives and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation for you. In the first instance please do contact us on info@vicuna-london.com

Returns

Once we received the return, should you decide that your chosen product is not right for you, please contact us via email at info@vicuna-london.com . Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, products can be returned, within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.

If the order arrives damaged:

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement product for you. We will require the damaged parcel returned to us (at our cost) and if possible please do email us a photo at info@vicuna-london.com , that we can investigate with our postal contractor to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
